Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery

All items in our shop are made per order and just for you. Your order was handmade soon after you placed it, this means that I am unable to accept returns for a refund at this time. It's just the nature of handmade goods and small workshops like mine appreciate your understanding and support.

If there is a material defect in your piece I'll gladly make you a new one. If you have a question or concern about your order, please email me first so I can help fix the situation. I do stand behind my work and aim to create the highest quality products.

Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back and there is a 10% restocking fee.

Can I make changes to my order after I submit it?

No. Our shop is a small one and we get a high volume of orders. Additionally we have a very quick turnaround time, so the reality is there usually is just not enough time for me to catch an order, pull it out of the production queues and change it. Thanks for your understanding!

 

International Shipment Delays

All orders are usually made up and shipped from our shop within 1-2 days. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion, however, due to COVID-19 we are seeing significant delays for all International Shipments, including delayed tracking updates and deliveries.

USPS has informed us that a package is not considered lost until there is no movement 30 days after its last scan. We are working closely with our USPS rep to stay informed so that our International Customers receive their packages. We appreciate your patience during these considerable delays.
