Can I have an alternative font or layout?
Yes! While checking out with your item, please let us know what you would like engraved in the personalization box and include what design or font you would like on the piece.
Please note that we do not engrave profanity, suggestive material or religious iconography onto any of our pieces.
If you have alternative artwork, you can send it via email. Please only send graphics in black and white format with no gray shading or areas.
Please note that we cannot provide proofs due to the volume of orders we receive.
How is my order engraved?
Our items are laser engraved; we don't use any ink in the engraving process. Each piece will engrave differently as the laser passes over it. Some leather pieces leave more char (soot) and some pieces of leather engrave with less black char. Our wood products will also vary in engravings as they are a natural material. Some boards will engrave lighter than others.
Can I make changes to my order after I submit it?
No. We receive a high volume of orders, and we have a very quick turnaround time, so we are not able to make changes once an order is placed.
Can I change my address after I purchase?
Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.
We will gladly reship orders that are sent back to us, but the buyer is required cover the cost to ship it out a second time. We only offer free shipping for the original shipment.
Can I refund or exchange my purchase?
All items in our shop are made per order and just for you. Personalized pieces are not eligible for refunds or returns. International orders are not eligible for returns.
Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product.
If there is a material defect with the piece, we will gladly make you a new one. We stand behind our work and aim to create the highest quality products.
Do You Offer Gift Wrapping or Packaging?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
