HOW TO ORDER
Please read our instructions carefully - we will engrave exactly as requested in the personalization box. We are not able to make changes once your order is processed. If you checkout with 'No Engraving' we will send you a blank wallet.
Add your request in the Personalization Box or the Add a Note to Seller section when checking out.
Tell us:
1. What you'd like engraved.
2. Your font choice (see our listing photos for reference). If no font is specified, we'll use Font 3 for names and Font 9 for monograms.
3. Engraving Size and Placement (see listing photos again). If none is specified, we will default to Horizontal Large.
Fonts 7-9 showcase a larger middle initial. Please send initials in the 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 you want them engraved. The middle initial will be larger.
For Font 10 specify the letter you want used for the large initial. If none is specified, we'll use the first initial of the last name, or first name given.

LEATHER CARE
All our leather products are made from natural material and the softest leather we can find. Each piece will engrave slightly different as the laser passes over it. Some pieces leave more char (soot) and some pieces of leather engrave with less black char.
If there is a little extra soot left over from the engraving process, please be assured that the excess soot (not the engraving) will wear with time and use. If you would like to speed up the process, you can take a very soft light/white cloth and a very small amount of alcohol and gently wipe away some of the soot.
On the other hand, if more soot has left the engraving area than you would like, please apply a little leather conditioner to the area and the engraving will appear darker.
